Week #27 includes the July 4th holiday during 2016!!!
Here are the floating weeks for the next several years:
2016 - Week 43
2017 - Week 19
2018 - Week 23
For the protection of both parties, I would like the closing/transfer to be done by a 3rd party timeshare closing company and of'course all money would go to the closing company until the sale is complete. Closing costs would be paid by the seller!
